In our CrossFit classes you will see bits and pieces of plyometrics, gymnastics, rowing, sprinting, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting and jumping all combined into one program that will take you to an elite level of fitness. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
All of this is applied into small group classes that are instructor led. Training with your friends does more than make the experience a ton of fun. Our classes are full of energy and motivation and everyone pushes each other to be a better version of themselves.
Training with others also holds you accountable to staying on track. If you miss a couple days you will probably hear it from your class mates to get you back into the gym!
